Status: limited Gmail access is active

A limited Gmail assistant for one person’s work administration.

Access is limited to the status described below; there is no general AI-processing authorization. This website is informational only and does not grant Gmail access.

Today

Limited Gmail access is active.

Active access boundary

Access is limited.

The active Google permissions are exactly https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send, openid, email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email.

Important: the Gmail read-only scope can technically view all messages, settings, and attachments in the account. The Gmail send scope can technically send email as the account. These capabilities are not limited to a chosen sender or a selected subset of messages.

The stored authorization does not include Gmail modify, compose, or full-mail scopes. The Gmail send permission is a technical capability, not blanket authority: its authorized use is limited to the active self-only service described above. Sending to Crous or any third party, mailbox changes, provider-side reply drafts, and unrestricted monitoring are not authorized. The service does not promise future delivery, coverage, response time, or quota availability.

Unresolved details

Important details still need decisions.

Storage, retention, deletion, backups, logs, and token security have not been finalized. Apart from those limited historical uses, general future AI use, provider handling, and which message excerpts could be shared remain unresolved. A public contact has not been supplied for this site.
